Residential Resources, Inc. has qualified personnel, real estate experts, other professionals and community volunteers providing assistance for its housing program activities.

Rosalind Robinson, President and Founder


Rosalind Robinson is a Certified Housing Specialist, with various U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development-approved housing counseling certifications. She has a BS in Business Administration and more than 20 years of experience in the housing services industry. She has provided to thousands of citizens multi-level counseling activities certified by and/or on behalf of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA), the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA), the Nashville Housing Fund (NHF), the Nehemiah and other affordable housing initiatives; and consumer housing acquisition and banking education program facilitation for financial institutions and non-profit and for-profit housing developers.

Ms. Robinson has more than 30 years of volunteer service to numerous civic activities. During the civil rights movement in the early 1960s, while yet a child, she served as a Youth Recruiter for the Student Non-Violent Coordinating Committee. Ms. Robinson is also an original founding board member for the Tennessee Fair Housing Council, Christmas in April and the National Coalition Against Racism (NCAR)/Nashville DID. She chairs the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Housing Committee, is a housing partner for the Salvation Army Family Resource Center, serves on other community based housing committees, i.e. Tying Nashville Together (TNT) RAT, Organized Neighbors of Edgehill (ONE), McFerrin Park, etc, and continues to perform volunteer service in other non-housing and related civic duties.

Beverly Stovall, Administrative Comprehensive Housing Counselor

Ms. Stovall is a highly skilled assistant with outstanding professional experience. She joined Residential Resources, Inc. in October of 1999. While a loan servicing officer with Metropolitan Federal, Ms. Stovall acquired knowledge related to loan underwriting processing procedures. Her responsibilities with TVA included the analytical processing of complaints according to EEOC guidelines, and as the assistant to the Executive Director for the NAACP, she was responsible for the intake and appropriate distribution of civil rights violation complaints, which are special assets as applied to fair housing issues.

Also, Ms. Stovall has served as the assistant to the presidents of CRDC, Inc., Business Services, Etc. and the Tennessee Minority Supplier Development Council, Inc. Ms. Stovall received her Housing Counseling training in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development guidelines. She works 40+ hours weekly, of which ninety percent (90%) of her work is direct client services and ten percent (10%) is administrative. Mrs. Stovall’s most recent updated certification training was in the following courses: Loss Mitigation, CHDO Administration, Homebuyer Education, Title Insurance and Fair Housing. In addition to HUD, these trainings were provided by the Metropolitan Housing and Development Agency (MDHA), the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) – NeighborWorks, Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and the West Tennessee Legal Services, Inc.
